QUOTE(fruitie @ Apr 26 2015, 10:15 AM) Start off with M2Cards first, everyone should have this combo in their wallet. I got think of that but I have bad impression on MBB Cz I was rejected 3 times (without giving a good explaination on why) but the bank still contact me numerous times to apply 😓. N I have few friends that have this card comment that their card details easily stolen for unauthorized transactions. Is that true?

Why don't you try to cut off those not so useful credit cards before applying again? How about your other commitments? Like various loans and etc.? About the fraud cases, I have heard mainly from AmEx but so far *touch wood* I have used since it was introduced in 2011 nothing happened to me, and never once any of my cards is forged. The fraud cases came from online mainly and I have used a lot via online. You just need to be careful and I only purchase from reputable merchants and as a step of precautions, you can get bank to activate SMS notification, from RM 1 onwards. This to give you first hand alert if any transaction goes through your cards.

The other 2 cards one is for normal usage n another one is for installment purpose. So far my records are good n without bad debts. That's is why I wonder why being rejected so out of frustration previously I go apply OCBC Titanium instead n it approved. Thx for your info. Btw is other HLB CC good n how about Aeon CC? Seek for other alternative in case being rejected again

Btw is other HLB CC good n how about Aeon CC? Seek for other alternative in case being rejected again I'm only using HLB Mach for dining purpose in case places don't accept AmEx or during weekdays. For Aeon, it has 0% BT but you can only do it once every 6 months, I applied it for PPL purpose. It also has Watami card that gives 3% cash rebate every quarter but you must spend at least RM 3k per quarter. HLB also has Wise card that gives 10% cash rebate for certain categories but with condition every swipe must be at least RM 50. It does have annual fees after a year. For HLB Mach and Aeon cards also have AF but can be easily waived with reasonable numbers of swiping. For more information, all these individual threads are on this section. Thanks you need to check how much loans already attached to your name under that 2 cars? i'm afraid you have already reached almost the maximum amount of loan you may borrow with an annual income of 30-36k. anyway, since you have settled your late payment, perhaps you may try again.
