Yup...no issue with that..understand biggrin.gif

And basically before VP, nothing much too....the group just sharing about bank disbursement, loan rates, handling with late penalty, rebates, progress photo, SV2 news etc..
Only after VP, probably good to get some bulk discount for purchasing, maybe gather group owners report for defeats, etc

Not everyone is keen to join chat group and
Not everyone is keen to join chat group this early.

My deduction is only 20% at best of total owners will join chat group.

Most chat groups are one way to verve their frustration towards developers and mght offices. Its a VERY TOXIC environment.

Reminds me of the chatgroup set up by the building manager at Jasmine Court (low-rise walk-up apartments) where my wife used to stay. Everyday for sure will highlight issues/complaints from time to time and sometimes if it takes a while, then they complain a lot.

hey guys is this still a good buy? have the price gone down recently? i'm new to this zero knowledge but i find living in this property can easily just go downstair can reach the mall already. very nice smile.gif

I bought mine at 780 psf, and now latest phase average at 950 psf. Do you think it is a bad investment ? I plan to get my family members to buy two more units, join us for extra discount !

For me, it's a good buy due to the connectivity to the mall itself and both the Maluri LRT/MRT interchange and Cochrane MRT station (which is connected to MyTown Mall if you don't mind the long walk towards it). You'll still have to walk to the mall via the link bridge connecting to the 2nd floor commercial lots of this project, so it's not exactly exit from one of the lift lobby and you'll be right inside the mall.

But do explore the area to see if you can accept the surroundings or not. The Restoran Queen nearby tend to be full of cars rampantly parking at the sides for those who go there to eat and skip the parking in both this mall itself and NSK in Plaza 393 across the road from the former. In terms of road access, Jln Cheras tend to be jammed frequently regardless of what day as the traffic lights at the intersection is the cause of the bottleneck, but there are other roads to bypass it such as the road heading to Shamelin Star to name a few (Cheras bound direction). There are also a few roads heading towards this project and KL direction which will also bypass Jln Cheras too.

Got mine at around RM 870/sf (after rebates) for a Block B unit, and it's a Cheras facing one. Wanted to get the KL-facing one, but since it'll be blocked by the adjacent rectangular plot which has a high-potential of becoming a high-rise, had to go for the latter one instead. At least I can still enjoy the KL view by going to the rooftop facilities floor and look out from there. thumbup.gif

Also looking forward to know what Phase 2 looks like and how much it costs. Not because I want to buy one, but more to helping my parents choose a suitable unit there.

Phase 2 of this project is called 'Tower C'? blink.gif

Thought they'll normally revert to Tower A and B for a new phase.

Went to Velo sales gallery months ago and i like the dual key layout. Sadly now left all the super high level units and I'm not interested in high floors.

I'm interested to join since Tower C got dual key too. How do i join???

Are you referring to Sunway Velocity 2 Phase 2 block? It's the V-shape plot across from it's Phase 1 that you see in the scale model if you happen to pay a visit to the sales gallery.

According to the sales staff who attended to me when I booked a 969sf Phase 1 unit in Block B, he mentioned that it will be 2 blocks angled in a V-shape and it's shorter by around 50 storeys or less. As for it's pricing, a few above mentioned that it will be around RM 950/sf, but if you want a more accurate figure, it's best you sign up via Sunway Property's fb page or go into it's official site and sign up there. A Sunway sales staff will give you a call or msg you on this.
