You cant control your competition.
If sunway doesnt buy the land..ot could be other developers that bought it and launch more apartments.

The important fact is where u buy your property make sure it fulfilled yr criteria.....other than this...u cant control other factors.

Bcoa its only one main door, therefore if rented out seperately landlord needs to bau electricity and water for both tenant, if rented out seperately .

Also needs to collect mails for your tenant.....haha

SV2 only can fight with Una for rental.

Based on my previous comment, I was looking at it when looking towards Cheras' direction, which is the right and left corners for the Type D (969sf) unit. Hence I mentioned right will be blocked by the commercial block + UNA while the left will be practically unblocked, but have to contend with Lavile.

As for the pricing, after visiting the sales gallery yesterday, what was announced is just the indicative pricing (according to the same sales staff who attended to us previously), which is based on the average price for all units. Like what was mentioned previously, have to deposit a cheque first, only then you can ballot for it on 22nd Sept. Maybe on that day the actual unit pricing will be revealed? hmm.gif

if SA said possibility blocking....it means DEFINITELY blocking jor loh…

I can imagine this Velocity will be much like Bangsar South, most units will be looking at another windows from next block.

so why there is discussion of what KL facing units and etc? correct me if I am wrong, Kl facing units might be looking at phase 2 of SV2 AND UNA and etc?

same with skysuites, those units faces the condo at the back (I think like 30' away, windows to windows) and the ones face its own skysuites hotel.

when they are lower price enuf, investors don't care de. Ultimately, location counts.
