Bought a unit there, Type C there 883sf, 7+4% rebate, free A/C and water heaters plus free legal fees.

Decided not to wait for the Block B as price going up 3-6% depending on unit type during the ballot.

If business is so good, should buy and move in immediately, ride the wave, shouldn't wait as no one knows what may happen next e.g gomen policy change, prc boycott, etc, wave change direction or subsides.

The difference between loan repayment and rental is close. Those tenants qualified for loan would have bought. How many tenants is left to rent?

How does this rental compare with existing condo in the vicinity?

How are vacancy and rental of existing condo units in the area? Close to what developer claimed?

Many buyers have herd behaviour. The more people booked, the more likely they will follow. Many developers placed stickers on bumi quota units. It won't be surprised, 'bumi', 'loan reject', 'directors reserve', etc will be available in a few months time.

Plenty of doctors do own 2nd and 3rd homes near their work place especially those that have to be on call.
Plenty, just ask those that sell properties and tell you it is for "own stay" and all Sunway Serene SAs will tell you that.

Yes the entire SV mall has been geared up for mainlanders these days.

Hardly surprising either, you lot go there cow peh cow bu when the bill at the restaurant is RM200. Those mainlanders table of 4 at a steamboat place RM900 plenty of wasted food they don't even bat an eyelid, very sad sometimes when you see the types of food they just let it go to waste.
