Seems this is the next big wave of "investments" that would be flooding out this area and said they open 1 it will be packed, open 5 it will also be packed and open 100 all will be packed too as there are that many China nationals in the area.
SV2 buyers 90% are local buyers, very few were bought by PRC nationals other than those where a spouse is a PRC national. Most of the buyers are those who own landed properties at deeper parts of Cheras, Sg Long and Kajang that don't want to commute any longer so opting to stay closer.

Now left only 7 units of Type A 635sf 1+1 units. Rest all have confirmed buyers as SnP signed.

Bought a unit there, Type C there 883sf, 7+4% rebate, free A/C and water heaters plus free legal fees.

Decided not to wait for the Block B as price going up 3-6% depending on unit type during the ballot.

Is been quite some time but still not received anyone interested for referrals special discounts. Property market really slow now or what?

As per SA, currently that area command good rental... Hopefully future rental is good as well.

The college won't be that type of college, it is more of an adult learning centre and doing professional courses only so I won't use it as a booster factor.
Plenty of doctors do own 2nd and 3rd homes near their work place especially those that have to be on call.
Plenty, just ask those that sell properties and tell you it is for "own stay" and all Sunway Serene SAs will tell you that.

Yes the entire SV mall has been geared up for mainlanders these days.
