sunway velo2 is strictly banning on airbnb
A tourist family from china booked velo2 airbnb but when reaching the lobby, got halau by guard

so sad, those owners are really not responsible here, to let tourists take risk just because they think they can sneak pass the guard

I agree
velo2 got 1800 units, market also cannot absorb all the units for rent, but of course not all units are for rent, but from propertyguru there are over 700 units fighting each other

not to mention later velo3 complete, another 1.5k units came out
that area including una lavile all are the same positioning in terms of pricing & layout
that makes all of them competing for the same pool of tenant

you really need to know these are agents tactic to blast out message fishing just to test whether your unit is available for rent or not sweat.gif
Even if yes I don't doubt these rental price exists, the only issue is how many of this kind of tenants that agents are available for all the units that are on the rental listing website sweat.gif

Because the community is already very matured and friendly for china community

Velocity originally was meant to built and attract china buyer as during that time, foreigner to buy a property in Malaysia only capped at minimum 500k unlike 1 million now

The velocity mall even got nanjing street for them
