Last time I checked, the entire Sunway Velocity land plot, which includes V Residence and the other buildings on it, are FH. That's why Sunway is able to sell those units at RM 1k/sf or more.

Last time I checked, the entire Sunway Velocity land plot, which includes V Residence and the other buildings on it, are FH. That's why Sunway is able to sell those units at RM 1k/sf or more.

I'm also surprised that Sunway Velocity can connect all the way to the CSL station, which is around 1km plus away. In reality, it would make more sense to alight from either the Maluri LRT/MRT interchange or the Cochrane MRT station. Unless one wants to exercise from that CSL station all the way to Sunway Velocity. laugh.gif

But its Freehold and not really interested in the project as the largest size at 1,000sf is kinda small for my liking.

I seem to be bouncing back and forth between Sentul and this area based on my search for new launches. laugh.gif

I wish I had more time like my uncle, tho. When he pick a property he's interested in, he'll intentionally go over to the place itself during peak hours to analyse the traffic conditions there. flex.gif

It's not the first, and it won't be the last. Seen quite a number of examples during my property hunt such as SkyMeridien on LH land while YTL's The Fennel, Capers, Saffron and Tamarind plus their d5, d6 and d7 office blocks are sitting on FH land. Then there is Southbank Residences which is FH while above it is 9 Seputeh which is LH.

I always wondered how the town planning unit in DBKL determines which land is FH, LH, Malay Reserved, etc. hmm.gif

My town shopping mall underground mrt connection open liao. 🙌👍. Now can walk from sv to my town. Actually sv should make a underground connection too. Ini Macam Baru ada full Air conditional walkway from sv to mytown mah. No need to sweat sweat walking on top bridge.

Is this place gonnna be the next damansara Ikea and curve area? Lagi Even more comprehensive than damansara mutiara and perdana area? Underground mrt already win liao.
