if signed within the time period Jan to Jun 2019,

auto entitle waiver MOT , no need Rehda approval or any application ?

Sad, asked lawyer, she highlighted a part (see attached photo)

Saying my unit is service apartment therefore not applicable for exemption

Ask agent, say developer in the mist of applying with hoc, 😥
