But payments for our procurement's according to the info given by the press is normally between 2 or 3 (Malaysia's 5 year plans)...so amount in 5 year plan could be quite deceptive...as it also involves back dated payments to be made for things purchased one or two plans ago. Press reports say that payment for SGPV involves 3 plans.

We should just fix a percentage of our defense expenditure to our GDP factoring in inflation once and for all ....it would solve a lot of things and would over time get public support on these defense expenditures.

I donno why, but sometime I used to like to lurk in detik forum the militer section even more, but it not even hardly any post there any more

like I said, I've seen MKM with SAP pod years ago, maybe this year they decide to show it to the public!

Haha...While everyone say's their procurement's are haphazard and does not quite make sense...i think its just an illusion once 2024 comes it will make a lot of sense...perhaps its purposely done so ..disjointed procurement plus disjointed procurement's over the next two phases may make a credible projection of force by 2024.

torpedo also consider as classified? our scorpion sub we also know what torpedo using.

i bet it must be Black Shark torpedo..have read bout it in Perajurit a year ago..

The recent news on the sgpv stated that the system were classified.

Well it is still depend on priority. They prefer getting a much more power ship since the lekiu batch 2 cancel.
They are still trying to get funding for arming the kedah class.
