I like to elaborate. Lossless to lossless is OK, but it makes no difference, but if your player doesn't support certain file format then you can do it. Lossy to another lossy is no no

Well, that is the main purpose of buying original CD, absolute best quality. But you can download the WAV or FLAC files online too.......  whistling.gif

For me, buying original CD is more than just sound quality. I like to read the artist Thank You's inside it, and see who appreciate their fans smile.gif

if you want to rip into FLAC, using Winamp also can...Audio CD standard only 44.1kHz and 16bit per sample, rip into 96khz and 24bit per sample won't increase the quality...

Yup, that is my own personal preferences. You can use any other CD ripping apps too. I use EAC to get the absolute best quality when ripping smile.gif

hehe, the rat isn't stupid, quite clever actually, choose Altec Lansing Cable to eat...and how you know the rat is male? since you use 'he' to describe.. rclxm9.gif This cable very common, you can find it in many places, super market, electrical shop, AV shop will have...

But i am not sure the quality is on par with Altec Lansing stock cable. I know both of the cable sucks but stock AL cable should be better choice right. Thats why i am wondering. But edifier do sell this kind of cables and remote control to consumers. I wondering AL local distributor really cares about after sales services.

That rat is dead meat by tomorrow morning. Maybe its a gay rat, or even a shem@le rat, he/she is so dead vmad.gif Luckily didn't ate my ACS 45.1B main control cable. Other wise i am deeply out of luck. sweat.gif

Why bother about buy the 'original' AL cable, any same kind of cable will do the job...if you want high quality, go to high end HI-FI shop to buy, i think will have RM100 per piece cable... sweat.gif

For whatever reason, you shouldn't use he/she to describe the rat...should be 'it'....lolz rclxm9.gif

ya, as thick as possible...but sometimes thick not necessary means the conductor inside is thick as well, it might be only thick rubber outside.. doh.gif
