1st is ATP3, then 2nd is VS4221, now you are thinking of either VS4221 or VS3151 (5.1). I thought you are already using VS4221 (2.1) now?
Since this is Atec Lansing Fans Club, in my opinion, GT5051 (5.1) is way better than VS3151 (5.1). But other 5.1 speakers from other brands are better than these.
With your budget, CS21 (2.1) is better than VS4221 (2.1) and MX-5021 is way much better (in S'pore, MX-5021 price is S$219).

ACS45.1 user here. :hi:

For me, I prefer FX6021 than MX5021, but some people prefer MX5021 than FX6021. I think it all depends on their sound card. MX5021 treble gets very high and adjustment in treble control is always necessary, however, some people bought a better cable than the one supplied and it solved everything. FX6021 is really very clear, I could hear sounds coming in CD's that I have never heard before. The sub is not thumping, heart pounding type but is pleasant and warm. Sound stage is excellent and stereo reproduction is almost perfect. It's excellent for music, movies and games too, if you don't mind the surround effect of 5.1 systems. VS4121 is not a bad speaker but is not that very good too. I think you'll prefer MX5021, which is cheaper than FX6021.

Currently owing & using 2 sets of ACS 45.1, setting it up as 4.2. Gone thru the good times with SB Live! Value, Audigy, and currently X-Fi.

With proper soundcard settings, this pair of AL RoXxX, ACS 45.1 i would consider as a legend...

Can't push volume above midway, without neighbour complaining.

why my VS-4121's headphone/earphone output have a lil' hissing sound in the background?

well,i DO admit that my SC also produce the hissing sound,but it ain't that audible compared to the vs-4121's output... -.-"

Hi, want to know how is MX5021 and GMX2.1 compared to GT5051? Can those 2.1 speakers provide better sounding and experience than GT5051? I mainly will use it for music listening and movies watching.

And can the above mentioned speakers be used on laptop with 3.5mm audio out?
