Hi guys~
I have a problem with my VS4121 speakers.
Apparently there is something causing a *humming* sound in my speakers.
But I am not sure where it is coming from.
I tried unplugging the source but the sound is still there.

Any ideas?
is it coming from the power source?

scratch it here and there, make it look old
and tell your old folks that you bought a second hand unit at a special discounted price!

The one with woofer I guess. Because I'm just using it at home....woofer sounds better than the portable rite? Correct me if I'm wrong...I'm totally noob in speaker...

come on vs4121 owners stand up..and speak up on bhalf of ur speakers...that hav to be something good about the speaker!!

I am a owner of VS4121 myself.
But I must admit, the speaker does not deliver on expectations and the price tag.
the down firing mid-range is really 2 pieces of shit.
And the woofer bass is really over-dosed.
If u can look past these 2 problems, then it is still ok.
But like in my previous post, the VS4121 has some *humming* problems.
You can hear it very clearly when u r in a quiet room.

Anyway, anybody can comment on the AL CS21 speakers?
I am interested in getting it but I wanna hear some comments from owners also.
Is it good or better compared other models?

from wht i heard, my atp3 is better than vs4121.

maybe i will follow ur footsteps. still thinkin whether to get 2.1 or 5.1.

no place to put 5.1...so stuck wit 2.1...

but atp3 still in production so does it mean anythin?? ..cheap, affordable speakers..

to be honest,i agree tat 4121 will produce humming sound,but if the bass and treble control knob of the the speaker configure  properly + the player equalizer + the audio file itself's quality ,problem will solve (of course still cannot fight with edifier m3300 la )

i oso got frens using 4121,when i go their home,i will feel quite disappointed about the sound oso,coz they duno how to use their speaker properly

i am 4121 user too,i know tis speaker is not tat bad as u said it is still an acceptable speaker at the price range

u can jus try not to recomend ppl to get this speaker and no need to angry untill wan destroy la,wat la,bla bla bla de ,ur health more important man

at first i tot the down firing style speaker is cool when AL came out wif ATP3.
nw ppl all shot at it. lol
