What I wanna ask is about the relationship between the sound quality and the frequency.
Are our ears sensitive enough to differentiate the sound with frequency of 15Khz and 20Khz?

use Sony Soundforge to test the frequency response of your speaker, you can download from
HERE, this is demo version, V9.0e, you need some 'special'

way to turn into full version....
I can hear the different between 15kHz-20khz by using this software and MX5021..for MX response stated in spec sheet, the frequency response is 30hz-22khz, but take note, the figure follow behind is very important, which is '
-10dB' , means that at this 'corner frequency', 30hz and 22khz actually the level is decay -10dB already, so in actual music playback this frequency are mask by others frequency....i test it using soundforge and notice that the MX actual response is between 40hz and 18kHz(depends on room condition and location of audience), any frequency below or beyond it the level will decay very fast and u need to turn up the volume in order to hear it more clearly.
But depends on people taste, i personally feel that the frequency beyond 16khz is amazing, not ear piercing, very smooth and airy, thats why i using the paragraphic EQ to boost 16khz to 20khz
