Hey guys, can anyone enlighten me the ratio of Chinese and Malay in this Malls? Not because of racist but because I like to open a music shop and music school there and it pretty much decide on this statistics. Thanks guys

yes can.
most of items sold can nego the price. just ask them best price they can give you then they will check in the system.
but if you want to buy like USB cable, i don't think can nego.
