especially during festive season, no need wasting time to queue for fitting room or cashier..

There's a high chance this area would develop into something like Midvalley area catering for Southern KV population. Hopefully phase 2 will bring more variety tenants.. 🤗

Last weekend when i go Mitsui outlet, I saw people queued up long outside a branded shop, just to spend their money

I guess that is normal when come to branded outlet stores, I have been to a few Premium Outlets in the States, many times. It is madness in the weekend. People are really buying.

this place is alive and well. plenty of people and prices seem on par with spending power. carpark i never had a problem

at least mall must hv some people walking around (but not TOO crowded) is fine for me.. but not totally NO people at all.. IMO

Anyone went to this mall during this CNY season? How is the crowd? I'm interested to know.

Was at IOI City Mall last night for a movie.
Crowd like as in normal sunday at 9pm.
The largest hall-10 with 70% occupied for 9:30pm show.

Now at IOI mall puchong, walao, parking almost full...people mountain people sea...cinema also full....managed to buy the front row tickets...

Actually, yesterday is mostly reunion dinner for those celebrating CNY. Might be the reason why the crowd is normal. Today, people don't want to cook anymore. So just go out to the malls to chill.

It is heading to right dirextion. But still will take time to reqch super regional mall status. Need to wait for the maturity of puchong south and cyberjaya to draw additional crowds there on top of existing resudents from kajang, seri kembangan, bangi, semenyih etc.

Agree. Definately heading the right direction but still not mature yet.

So far, haven't heard of any other new competitor malls in this region.

After check check see sale result at pavilion kl retailer annual meeting. Malaisiao luxury mall still need manyak high spending tourists to sipot the highend luxury brand. No rich tourists come.. High chansi highend brand can mati dalam.

During CNY holiday still see manyak Sibeh Rich china tourists shop shop at midvalley. If a mall wanna do luxury brand Sibeh need manyak of them(high end spending tourist) to come shop here the sipot the luxury shop.

Mana Ada. Pvkl luxury brand all sipot by manyak Sibeh rich tourist. So far in klang valley. Only 3 malls can attract huge volume of high spending tourist spend on luxury stuffs. Suria klcc, Pv kl and Mv only.
