Is the mall gonna make it this year?

3months to go and certainly there are lotsa catch up. Nonetheless I do hope they could make it before Christmas.

IOI City Mall had done feasible study around south KV has a population of 1.8mil (Puchong alone 600K and is growing) plus this is a megamall same league with MV, 1U, Piramid etc.. target area will be within 15-20km radius township such as Puchong, Serdang, Balakong, Sri Kembangan, Sg.Long, Kajang, Bangi, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and even Semenyih.. plus lotsa Universities nearby UPM, UKM, Uniten, MMU, LKW and so forth. In short, IOI City Mall will do okay if not great.

How's the occupancy rate now? 80% occupied?

Is magnum craze good? any here tried before?

Such a chaos during this school holiday period. Lets see how IOI management tackle this issue.
