I don't understand the hype. It's a very normal mall. Except for District 21, nothing else stands out. Homepro looks like Houz Depot, Index Living like those furniture store in Courts.

Exactly, it is nothing special, all the retailers just like any other mall. Why the hype I don't understand. Unless you stay nearby, won't really drive there to visit again.

this is the best mall in southern klang valley. the retailers are selling affordable products yet branded. This suits typical malaysian who certainly do not need another starhill or certain pavillion retailers who caters only for millionaires. Of course there are also average malaysian who likes to shop like a millionaire which is why our bancrupt rates are high.....

Where are you stay?
Actually, you can chose visit mid valley by paying toll traveling over 30km and jam jam jam.
Or pavilion pay toll over 30km and jam jam jam .

it is for the southern KL people. no problem you don't go, well north/ west KL people hardly go KLCC/ pavillion too.

Just like you are asking southern KV ppl go to paradigm mall or 1U . They will comment wth jam jam jam and nothing special too...so when ppl saying nothing special, then I would like to know what is the special in another mall ? And what is the special thing those ppl looking for?

I found 1U and Paradigm, Sunway Pyramid or Mid Valley are nothing special too..
If you're looking for something special.. then should go Endah Parade

It's a very decent neighborhood mall. Let's call it what it is. Over hyping it gives a wrong impression. My comments is for them to improve and get more special retailers if they were to attract people from other area to visit. So you guys are saying it is only for southern kv people. Ditto then.

At this early stage, it is for southern kv ppl. People who used to go to MV, 1u & subway pyramid can go to this mall now. People who seldom go to far away mall can also go to this mall coz it is nearby. Shopping and spending habits can change.

For me, I still prefer my regular malls such as MV, ikea & pyramid. Mostly coz they are nearer to my home. Work wise, I prefer to visit ioi city mall, dpulze, then only alamanda & Jusco SK.

Maybe icm phase 2 will be more special that ppl from far away will want to visit.
