Went there as well... As expected as well... Future property investment area... Phase 1 mall is exactly midvalley style and even can say better than that cause come with ice skirting and district 21... Soon will have phase 2 which I guess a lot of kuxury shop... Plus office and residential tower too.. The total development area was 800 acres and lastly ... Don't LOOK DOWN THE power of southern KV

Out of topic ... Before ioi city mall opening, I was met one so called Lansi property agent claim this ioi city mall is a neighborhood mall...

When you go to check out klcc suria, pavilion, and MV... Selling pork or not?
At the end pork or no pork is really doesn't matter , as long as your investment on that area is successful right? Let say you are invest into No selling pork area at all but your investment is not as per your expectation than what for?

Actually, you can chose visit mid valley by paying toll traveling over 30km and jam jam jam.
Or pavilion pay toll over 30km and jam jam jam .

Just like you are asking southern KV ppl go to paradigm mall or 1U . They will comment wth jam jam jam and nothing special too...so when ppl saying nothing special, then I would like to know what is the special in another mall ? And what is the special thing those ppl looking for?
