ya agree, areas around IOI city mall is slowly picking up the spending power but still not to the extend to be on par with PJ/SJ/KL area.

im not sure how u all define the spending power from what perspective?

i saw patron spending at restaurant really generously. some even dont mind to wait. I believe the bills will be at least rm60 for 2 pax.

but for me, i only hunt on meal from rm25 to rm35 for 2 pax in ioi city mall.

I dont think im a cheapskate but its a reasonable price for a meal outside. while others spending so much on meals there, i believe their spending power is on par at any other places in KV

it's very hugh indeed, apart from that, nothing impressed me. still prefer SJ/PJ malls.
