this is the best mall in southern klang valley.  the retailers are selling affordable products yet branded.  This suits typical malaysian who certainly do not need another starhill or certain  pavillion retailers  who caters only  for millionaires.  Of course there are also average malaysian who likes to shop like a millionaire which is why our bancrupt rates are high.....

every mall has its own unique and everybody taste are different, so its good to divide the crowd.. so that it will not make traffic congestion to those who go regularly or to their regular mall... isnt it the best?

So everybody can happily go to their nearest mall without worry abt traffic jam, unable to find parking, long queue for restauran, etc..
