Ya.

My impression on XiaoMi MI-2s (sorry off topic a bit)

  • Gorgeous IPS panel, the output is pure white and accurate color, vivid but not over saturation, and off course awesome viewing angle.
  • Outstanding camera output, the best I ever use! only the 32GB edition is the same utilize Xperia Z - 13MP Exmor RS camera sensor, but the output is heaven and hell! MI-3 also using same camera sensor.
  • Smooth performance, scoring 27k at Antutu, same processor as Samsung Galaxy S4.
  • No Google apps bundle, you need to manually install Play Store, Google Search, Gmail and etc any Google Apps you want. The contacts still can sync with Google by default even you not install Play Store. Once install Play Store manually, the install apps will take over control by Play Store instead of XiaoMi own App Store.
  • Extra security feature where you can block any install apps additional permission request that look risky, this feature is quite cool actually.
  • Loudspeaker is so so, nothing to impress here.
  • China really need to change strategy, at least XiaoMi company shall reconsider if XiaoMi want to enter American market as the whole phone is full with pirated stuff, you can download song, movies and even paid apps FOC. Frank speed I not support this.

Nice. Maybe this can bring some pressure on phone pricing across the board.

Their Mi3 CPU directly compete with Note 3. Claim that they use highest end S800 and have another Tegra 4 option  whistling.gif
If finalized version really using S4 Pro, I guess HTC can't get my money lol

Now if Xiaomi can just add in an active digitizer. ..

If HTC One Max is S4 Pro processor, the selling of HTC One Max is gonna reduce a lot...

Perhaps the general buying public may not care about the processor. I think the aluminum body usually sways people. Until they drop it.....

Anyways availability of FM Radio is still being confirmed. By right the S800 snapdragon have the ic for radio inside it, but somehow it's not available  hmm.gif
*
It will probably be an FM Receiver. The last globally available phone with an FM Transmitter was probably the Nokia N8. My Fujitsu has it, but I've not used it yet.

Nice...even SG doesn't have a 1 to 1 exchange policy tongue.gif

GG3 then, coz I recall it's the same strength but slimmer.

It could be almost equal performance, since S4 and Krait 200 are about equivalent, I think.

and Mega having lower resolution also help in performance.

But I have huge doubts on Max using S4 Pro. Most top brand phablet is using high end S800 and Max using S4 pro? I almost fall down from my chair reading that. LOL.

The only reason Max is use S4 Pro is because HTC want to position it at lower category which is probably somewhere near Mega or higher a bit.  hmm.gif

We'll know when it gets announced. This was just a leak by Mr. Evleaks

i would had get it if it's water resistance

Waterproof will be Hypergear, maybe the 3L or 4L pack, but there are no compartments in it, and it does not have a belt loop, but a sort of looped handle when you close the clips.

This is suitable for office wear as well as jeans, and it even has 2 tiny loops to attach slim shoulder straps.

Transmitter? we are not doing personal radio broadcast.. i tot all so called "FM" we have are all receiver only?

Nokia N8 has a TRANSMITTER. It could transmit FM signals to your radio. Just like those cigarette lighter MP3 players which broadcast to your radio. It is only very short range, about 1m or 2m range at most.

You are mocking me now, I take this seriously

Aww be a gentleman and cut the lady some slack.

Anyway, KuLi doesn't spam. He starts off with some eloquent posts then he degenerates into flaming and trolling.

Glad to see most of the coming flagship phones come with 3GB ram, for my usage, the more the better. N I dont need big internal storage unless the bloatware took big chunk of it.

It is Samsung. ...so I bet the default rom size will be hefty. I wonder if any code optimization has been done?
