How to customize the stock lock screen? Like remove clock, etc.

Long press to remove, or swipe to the left and press "+" to add widget.

guys, i couldnt root my xperia z, running latest 4.2.2 but the software in the first post showed not compatible with my device, is there any other version of rooting software support the latest firmware?

dont think its possible.. it'll go back to default widget when its empty..

unless you create your own blank widget and install it as an .apk

guys, is it normal the battery become not accurate when turn off and on? before i turn off 32%, after i turned off and turn on again become 60% and after a while went back to 32% again.

I would say is abnormal

most probably ur battery stats is crazy and need to be reset again.. its happen if u frequent using your phone while charging.. E.g. your battery is left only 10%, u plug to charger and continue gaming while charging..

i would suggest u keep update to latest firmware from Sony and make your phone battery totally went dead / off by itself.. then rest for 30 minutes for cool down.. charging it without turn on your phone.. make it charging until green light and left it be green for 30minutes - 1 hour.. then u only turn on and use it..
