I have updated your status under "members want PIDM".

I think we do not have to have 2.5 million to implement this project, I would say if we can
get at least 2 million, then we can start negotiate with one of the banks.

The Great Wall of China and Rome were not built in a day, if we cannot make it this year;
then hopefully we can make it next year...

So if you have FD that will mature soon, just carry out your own plan. Just treat this
Group FD plan as your 3rd priority option.

I am thinking if we do not want to wait for a long time to recruit members, perhaps if we go to talk
to BR that if we can make 2 million FD deposit for 1 year, what rate can we get? Let's say if BR agrees
to offer 4.25%, then we come back here to inform everybody to consolidate our funds to 2 million.
The question is, can we consolidate 2 million at that time?
