LOL ! I've just get a Infinity cooler but my temp is still freaking high ! Stock E6300 at 63c LOAD !

Stock at 63c? I am pretty sure u didn't install the heatsink correctly, did u push the clips till u hear a "click" sound for each of the 4 push-pins? My E6300@2.8ghz using Ninja load also 55c only rclxub.gif

That's weird....I'll try refitting the HS..BTW my temp are Recorded in TAT.(no aircon)

BTW...Is all E6300 the same ? (Heat) and should i change the thermal paste and fan given with the infinity ?

coretemp give the same and Easytune temp is unreliable.

I've just reinstall the heatsink...seams 1 pin is not fixed....But still 58c at stock . doh.gif

Wonder why my temp soo high w/o OC in TAT...wad ya enviroment temp ? mine 30c+.

Offcourse la... laugh.gif

Thermal Compound is important to make sure the heat is conducted to the heatsink properly...

No heatsink comes in 100% pure flat base, so you need that thermal paste to fill in the those unflat area...

Spread the Paste evenly......I think my case have a good air flow since i got 2 12cm input fans and 1 12 cm output fan.......Look's that mine have the wrost stock temp ever. sweat.gif

Is all your readings in TAT ?

icic..i using core temp to check my temp..btw dun use yr hand to spread yr compound.I believe u dun use yr hand rite?
