Just to check around here...

anyone using thermalright cooler that run with CM UV 12CM fan at 400+ rpm not more than 600 rpm ???

how's the performance as compared to running at default speed which around 1200 rpm??

It's too slow, and when it's too slow, there's just a little number of CFM liao... sweat.gif

For me anything below 1200RPM really cannot hear the difference but can see i.e. temps rising. Low fan setting is strictly for low power rigs like HTPC where its light usage.

I own a Thermalright Ultra-90. Currently using a cheapo 92mm fan while awaiting my Panaflo fan.

Proc : Athlon +3800(manchester) @ 2.4ghz
Idle Temperature : 32
Full load for 12 hours : 56

Non air cond room.

Will update my temperatures after I get my panaflo fan.

I dont really intented but the mobo adjust it to run low at 500RPM +- .....

basically i activate the setting in mobo .... auto fan speed

some more my proc still cool at:
Idle: 30c Load: 38c

hahah... my room is hot during after noon and no air ventilation the hot air keep cycling within the room ....

that's why i am wondering whether 500rpm is enough or not ....

That's even weird as previously i was using it as well...

the temp never reach that level unless using stock cooler ...

i was using the same thermalright SI-120...

idle: 28c load: 32c


U should re-apply ur cooler men ... no way gigabyte cooler pro ...work poorly

nope.if i do that im the wan getting fried instead of my processor sweat.gif .honestly my room is pretty hot.just got 2*90mm fan just installed 1 of it.its dual bearing damn its loud.its even louder than my g power pro.need more airflow in my case see if the temp drops or not flex.gif

ya lor i think so sometimes.i tot at 1st its my casing but then my roomates 530 is even hotter at 70c load even at stok speed(stok HSF figures)
