Use some hard hard card laa...

Such as ATM cards, later on clean the card liao...
That'll help the paste to be spread evenly... thumbup.gif

wah siao use hand?hand got dust will effect the teperature one man..ok wat u have to do now is to clean away the compound using alcohol or nail polisher cleaner..den apply the compoun in a straight line and them use yr heatsink to spread the compound evenly ly den u can clip yr heatsink already..

ya can but need to use cable tie.for me i got 3 120mm fans ard the scythe infinity,i use cable tie to make the 3 fans ard infinity.u can try it also .improve yr temperature quite alot

Just replace the thermal paste with Artic Silver 5.....Still Load from 58-60c. cry.gif

why dont try the zalman thermal paste...or whatever they call it, read a thread here its slightly better than AS5, can get frm Moderno or AllIT.

AFAIK, AS5 need to wait it to shink only then can see the drop in temp (around 3 week if not mistake)...correct me if I am wrong... blush.gif
