Hey guys, have some stupid question here...
Does different motherboard produces different temperature to the processor? Ok, here the story: Me and my brother uses the same processor that is, Pentium 4 3.0E Ok, my brother uses his 3.0E while in an ASUS P4P800-X and the temperature he achieved in stock speed in idle mode is 33C And i've use the same 3.0E with an ASUS P4C800-Deluxe and the temperature i've achieve while in stock speed in idle mode is 36C... We've used the same heatsink, that is: Hyper 6+, the same casing: Cavalier 3... What could have cause the different in the temperature huh everyone? Mind to give me your opinion? |

Both temp sensors are not same....reading also won't be same. In fact, all the temps reported here won't be same if u put on other mobo.

like davidletterboyz said....the sensor temp are not exact...is an approximate temp only.
btw...i think that 33c for an idle is too low and not accurate. our area ambient temp mostly ady near 30c sometimes 32c so i think is quite imposible lar the temp...my NB temp oso more than tat... |
