if you hand deliver to the shop, ask them to chop your copy of borang 1 to show they received it. if they refuse to chop, you can take picture or video of you leaving it at their premises and then proceed to commissioner of oath to angkat sumpah to say you gave it to them.

you can send via POS DAFTAR, request for AR from the person at post office. fill up everything and kow tim. after POS deliver, they will mail a copy of the AR to you, bring the copy of AR to tribunal court on your hearing date.

Tribunal can only be filed individually. If you are too lazy to do it then you won't get your money back, period.

Does it matter? People gave you the right number just call. And ask them about the pickup service and tell us lah. Its a toll free number what.

The HTC One is blazing fast, the sound is awesome, and the screen is the best quality right now. The camera is a hit or miss, if you get one with faulty camera, update 4.3 won't fix it. It's a hardware issue.


False, 4.3 update didn't fix it for sniper in the roof, made it worst.

Below 14 days, call HTC and say you want 1 to 1 exchange.

I think your statement is too broad and all encompassing. For example, fireworks brother, fireworks... the sky is black, the fireworks is bright colors, I don't need purple sky and purple tint on my fireworks...

Hi guys and girls. I just picked up a SGS4 LTE Snapdragon 600 Quad Core today..its the same processor as HTC One, just clocked faster.

All I can say is, after USING it, I feel it is inferior to the HTC One, and the HTC One is clearly a better phone.

+Sense UI looks better
+Bundled apps are minimalist, useful stuff that you need such as Flashlight, TouchWiz comes with rubbish I don't want to use like ChatOn, WatchOn etc. etc. Just too much bloatware
+The screen, Super AMOLED. On auto brightness, its always confused and too dim for the surrounding *indoors*. Screen quality is acceptable, and no complaints from me
+Did I mention the Sense UI looks better? Everything, from the apps grid, to the fonts used
+The phone seems buggy, my Jawbone goes wonky with it.

The only part is, the camera is not purple in low light.

Oh well, I miss my HTC One very much, but I can't accept having a RM2k phone that is faulty.

I wanted to buy Xperia Z1 but they have faulty yellow hue screen. The Xperia Z1 which has a perfectly white screen is also inferior in viewing angles compared to their Xperia Ultra, which they claim is the same screen but its not. Samsung's AMOLED flagships easily beat the Xperia Z1 screen.

So.. I pronounce HTC One is still the king of Android for now. If your camera is working, I hate you. If your camera is purple, I pity you.

I got the S4 sub RM1.7k, didn't want to spend above RM2k, LG G2 is Snapdragon 800, definitely a beast, but, LG, somehow I don't have confidence in the brand despite they make Nexus. Plus the LG is new, god knows if it has any problems! At least SGS4..been around and no major issues except warranty void if you root/custom ROM it, and Touchwiz is ugly.

Ugly i can live with it, flawed I cannot.

No yellow screen problem? That being said the viewing angles is poor, and I feel the Z1 screen inferior to Xperia Ultra & HTC One. I do however like the UI more than Samsung. Vanilla is better than bloatware.

Yeah, its a bit big, squarish and difficult for 1 handed operation. I don't know why it has to be bigger than XZ. Even that was a bit squarish. Not ergonomic like HTC One.

Good for you, I bought from DiGi, so being a big company they let HTC handle the case. Hilarious enough the turn of events. Tomorrow I am going to Tribunal Court for the hearing. I want my money back due to the way they handle the case.

Yup that's a good way to test! Even better is to watch some YouTube and heat up the phone before that. As for service, good luck! Don't believe them if they say 5 working days, be prepared for 2 weeks of waiting. These HTC monkeys come up with the best excuses ever.

Updates about the camera, please put this on the first page.

Source: Technician from SiS Distribution in charge of HTC repairs.

1. The HTC One camera issue is a hardware problem.
2. Right now, HTC has a new part number for the camera, which will be used to replace the faulty cameras.
3. It is a KNOWN ISSUE, HTC acknowledges the problem.
4. Get yours replaced if you have problem, because HTC themselves says it is a hardware problem.
5. Stop listening to rumors and other people saying 4.3 will fix it, its a software problem, iso setting problem, etc.


EDIT: cineSensor date won't tell you the part number. The 'new camera' they are using is still the same Ultrapixel unit, just improved to address the problem.

My personal opinion HTC Technician do very good job.

According to him, so far touch wood, the new part number that was used for repairs haven't got any complains.

My HTC One was repaired using the old part number that shipped with the phone, that's why after repair still issue.

Kelana Jaya is using the new part number. The guy I spoke to is from SiS which is the Kelana Jaya SC
