Seiko 5 automatic, definitely. Lots of designs to choose from, decent work horse.

putting leather strap on something doesnt automatically make it dressy la, depends on the watch also.
if doesnt match, its like someone wearing bermudas and dress shoes...

I think most of the SNZG/SNK series goes pretty decent with leather... that's why I mentioned leather. Obviously if you buy a G-shock and put leather on it, people will look at you funny.
