And here from THE MAN himself. Skip to 4:55 but definitely worth watching in its entirety.

The scratches on your SMP defines YOUR SMP. Its like battle scars to signify that it is yours. If it looks brand new, its no different than the piece sitting in the shop.Other people may not appreciate/like buying a watch with knocks and dings unless it has historical significance, e.g. grazed by a bullet that attempted to assassinate the POTUS. But if its your own watch, for your own wear.. I don't see why its such a big problem. Of course, different people got different views. That's just my 2 cents. The money spent on replacing the bezel can be kept in the war chest to acquire another time piece. Maybe a Patek which you can then keep in the safe in "like new" condition. |

What I mean by cheap is some people on WUS said its much cheaper to change the bezel during service rather than change bezel only at omega. I don't mind with the scratches at all. Just asking better solution if in case the future I want to change them.better just live with the scratches for now. but if still want to change, just buy from omega and let them do it...price wont be much different. |

QUOTE(sniper on the roof @ Feb 11 2014, 01:01 AM) cos its not designed by rolex? but that is kinda reminescent of the pilot watches from then...iwc, longines, omega all also had similar designs...with i think longines being the first to do that design? |
