The footprint of the land is small...so the built up is crammed...with steep staircase

I totally agree with you. The exterior was superb! Really in love with it.

But once walked into the house (terrace) it feels so cramp with the low ceiling. cry.gif

another thing is..... well this is more personally preference, their balconies are as big as the room... emmm.... do i need such big balcony? (By the way that's part of the built up area that's why yo don't feel the 2300 sqf.)

The entrance of the car porch is also quite narrow from observation, can two cars park side by side comfortably? hmm.gif

Yup, hope the layout for new phase will be better, this weekend may go there have a look.

the sale svery bad, looks like a fail project, not because of semenyih...setia ecohill and eco majestic are doing much more better sales than this..main reason due to no proper access road done on this, only sell concept but the concept is very outdated..

According to SA this is either cluster or semiD double storey approximate BU 3,300 sft. High ceilings and got gates this time

Wow 1.48mill for semi d. Look like those who manage to get the bungalow earlier at rm1.1 mill to rm1.2 mill are much better off.

Malaysian layout this time round... hmm hmm.gif CG was publicized as Spanish Villa Township
Hope the internal layout won't be like the previous ones - crammed, steep & narrow staircase...

This time staircase is very friendly Malaysian design mah however the external design no more impressive like Phase 1.
