I cant stop amuse when she said fengshui compass able to protect us from the inauspicious energy from toilet on top of main entrance.

Unfortunately she not as hot as her FB photos.

Fengshui compass actually just a tool to identify direction nothing else, she correctly point out toilet should not face door directly however most of CG bedroom toilet face the bedroom door directly.

The link house's master bedroom face the attached bathroom directly.

I think no big deal for bathroom, just make sure the door is closed all the time.

Door face door is ok as long as distance is wide enough.

Try to avoid house that have weird shape such as diamond shape, hexagon shape, triangle shape etc.

Other internal layout can be revised through renovation IMO.

No problem, unless you always hang out at that area.

Not nice if we turn CG thread into a fengshui thread.

Yup, EH & EM in Semenyih also got launching, must be very happening in Semenyih this weekend.

Need to study the shape of the house again, shape is important in fengshui too.

I think their three storey link house is a bit too small to be called super-link house , land size about 20x65?, build up 2.3k-2.6k sqft.

But their mansion is awesome, that day the largest 8k sqft closed for maintenance hope this week they open for viewing.

Pseudo or what but people won't forget the design once you visited CG.

The 3 storey link house only suitable for small family 3 rooms + 1 maid room, Master bedroom already occupy whole floor.

RM770K is bumi price.

According to SA around RM830K after discount, only 9 units left.
Maintenance fee excluding phoenix club around 10 to 12 cents per square foot.

As usual, SA told me the zero entry route will be end by tomorrow

This Sunday got fengshui talk again at the Club House, free makan.

The latest offer for link house is RM900K, 6% discount on SPA price, additional 10% rebates on first payment, ie net price RM761K, you really unting a lot!

I am so surprised to find out that all houses even the RM5m mansion was built using sand brick instead of red/clay brick.

Below is the reply from the developer for one of questions in facebook.

Country Garden Diamond City xxx Good morning Mr xxx, regarding your question, that is sand brick. The reason we use sand brick now instead of red brick is because our organization is adopting a more environmental friendly approach as utilizing red brick for construction purposes cause more harm to the environment by increasing sand mining near the hilly areas. According to research, sand brick is almost as good or better than red brick in terms of sound proofing and heat insulation. Thank you for your feedback.
