it is specific fuel consumption. for a given torque, you can get specific fuel consumption. just want to compare with other engine on paper. I wonder how other engines got such thing. Need to do self testing?

actually 35 and 38 not much far different. But like other said maybe your suspension till no hard enough still will sagat?
