Trade plates are usually just temporarily hung on the car right? so they can be taken off and use on other cars as well. Never seen trade plates that are permanently mounted like that

I am thinking...
To change Timing Belt, there are TWO covers 2b opened ie the upper AND a lower...
And 2change the T-belt, the engine mounting has 2b undone...
There is NO doubt abt that now. 

To b more specific....How abt juz removing the UPPER cover alone...juz 3 bolts - like 8mm ones only...
Can that b done w/o touching the engine mounting?
