After so long the traffic lights stood there still not functioning...do we have to pay anything to local authority in order to activate the signaling system?

Just FYI for everyone planning to sign up for Unifi. Right now it's readily available at Tiara Mutiara 2, I have registered mine and will be having it installed next month. icon_rolleyes.gif

lampu traffik dah nyala dan berfungsi dengan baik dekat junction masuk kondo tiara mutiara 2 tapi agak sedih sedih sedihhhh kenderaan tak nak ikut lampu isyarat , lampu merah tak mahu BERHENTI 😡😡😡

Was told by office currently about 60% occupancy rate. And mostly are tenant rather than owner. Looks like all buyer of TM2 meant to tent out for investment.

I think 900sf and 933sf is the type with lowest roi. As most of the unit is in this size. If I was a tenant. I rather rent other place la. The parking so troublesome.. give buyer all high floor parking. Low floor parking want to rent to those residence that can't tahan of turning in the carpark everyday. Now some more want to change the tiara 1 parking at shop lot there to seasonal parking. Purposely want to earn parking money... Thumb down
