When are they setting up unifi at Tiara Mutiara 2?

May I know whether there is an official TM2 owner's whatsapp group? Easier to discuss and talk.

Just FYI for everyone planning to sign up for Unifi. Right now it's readily available at Tiara Mutiara 2, I have registered mine and will be having it installed next month.

Damn annoying those that park at traffic entrance there. Can't even see on coming traffic when want to turn out.

If I'm not mistaken for visitor parking need to go down to basement for parking. Going up the ramp one all considered residential parking. Need to check the Block B notice board.

Form 28 certificate of Inspection supposed to be issued by whom? Management or Developer?

Hi, need some advice. My unit, master bedroom and toilet already have water leakage since Feb'19, already filled complain twice to management, they came up to hack open the ceiling and do injection but job was half assed. Each time they inject, following week will start to leak again. Until today still not completely fixed yet my ceiling.

Just receive notice. Starting Apr'20 there is increase in maintenance and sinking fund. Roughly RM 50 increase for me.

Close to RM 300. Increase RM3 psf for maintenance, RM 0.3 psf for sinking.

Don't think the Whatsapp Group is still active, I have submitted my request many months ago with supporting and go no response. Someone else who is in the group please confirm whether admin is still active.
