May I know whether there is an official TM2 owner's whatsapp group? Easier to discuss and talk.

Can we suggest to the developer to put some table and chair for hanging out? Especially for 8th floor. Mutiara Johan so mean la . Other than that , I saw visitor waiting area signboard on ground floor, but I can't find that area. Anyone able to find it? I also found out that the building logo(the crown) in the artist impression on roof top also missing. The whole project don't even have any signboard labelling that this building is" Tiara Mutiara 2 ". The developer really zzzz

Some said the Tiara Mutiara project consists of TM1 & TM2, the signboard on top of TM1 is the signboard for this project, then we have the question of why the need of 2 signboard on top of 2 building which is essentially the same development under code name Tiara Mutiara? Some said more signboard better, some said confusing if too many boards...

Those saying more signboard is confusing is certainly the staff from mutiara johan .....

Thy saying tm2 is the extension of tm with more prestigious build . I can't find anythings more premium....

Signboard tak ada, chair tak ada, guardhouse tak ada, hanging out area tak ada, shitty parking, shitty workmanship, the black Mable in the toilet also fading color one lo. (Marble at the water tab in master room)

Only things that is better is slightly better looking kitchen cabinet , and toilet sanitary

I actually prefer the tm1 kitchen cabinet with black glossy worktop and also color of the cabinet .. other thing tm2 better is surely the length of the two swimming pool

Thought they will build the guardhouse later near the river side? it seems the project is not 100% completed..

and what happened to the top hidden aircond compressor outside mynews.com, the top gate was left opened blowing hot air down..

all my visitors hav no problem looking for the place though, grab car also can find...but surely a nice big board at the main entrance would be welcomed, roof top one also not bad for style, and the led UFO loop light with RGB color switching at rooftop pretty awesome looking fr far away... the shoplot area seem more premium here, car park spaces are sacrificed for landscaping etc... water fountains and nice palm trees r everywhere..very cooling in the evening, birds r singing happily... nice addition to jln puchong nevertheless!

Ya grab car always able to find tiara mutiara. And wait at tm 1 instead of tm 2.

And then the inner road btw tm1 &2 alwez blocked lol

after many complaints, they finally put up a huge tm2 banner as signboard ... upload pic later

Thy put this banner to sell and rent their shop offices lo...

Just do like apple, replace the logo with Tiara logo, then put Tiara 2 on the right side...international standard
