consider very successful if really got 60% occupancy as at now...

just plenty of condo surrounding..

Residence paying maintenance fees, but they do not have temporary parking lot and visitor parking lot. Seems unreasonable...

This project a bit weird, only one carpark for residence and every month need to pay additional $10 for car park.. no idea what is that for

betul , nak jimat lima ringgit parking dalam TM 2 dari 7 malam ke 7 pagi , akhirnya terpaksa bayar RM150..........

Third step, complain to dbkl to Saman those parked at road side

Fourth step, make the parking lot become seasonal lot.

Fifth step, the owner pay rm 130 to rent parking lot....

Finally, developer earn big money....

Heard that the developer want to sell the parking lot at lower floor...

Give us all the lousy high floor carpark. Now want to sell us low floor carpark pula...

Yala...After the tiara 1 mgmt dun allow them to park besides the linear park. All park besides the road..From the mgmt office perspective, it is none of their biz as the car is parked outside..

Y they not allow resident to park at the linear park there, someone complain? Actually it din kacau, if they park there..
