Tiara Mutiara 2 , so rubbish, lift always rosak. Wth.
Need to complain la....

The parking system , need to improve also. Can't tahan la always take 8 mins to reach ground floor

8 minit tak jadi masalah asal selamat naik dan selamat turun, tetapi setiap kali turun berpeluh takut geser tepi pintu kereta dan langgar batu pemisah tengah jalan turun atau ambil ruangan terlalu banyak depan kereta nak naik (ini kena sabarlah) , harap semua pihak bekerjasama!!!!

Yes. That is why it takes so long ma. Very easily can crash the Batu Batu at side. Furthermore, the path is too narrow for two cars from two direction to passby. Improvement needed

This one for sure , thy need to plan and retify for it. If thy pay us to think about it then this is different story.

May be can buy the empty space at lapangan bazaar that close business recently. And build us the parking? rclxs0.gif

Another things is , if problem occured for the access card system at 4th floors. We have to wait for the guard to come up to solve the problem... Enjoy the waiting..

I start to see foreigner taking the unit as tenant...Include my new neighbour tenant is Vietnamese girls...Not sure it's good sign. That day saw TM1 gazebo near pool side a group of African having parties even TM2 pool side can hear their loud noise.

Any idea how much the rental for 800-900sqf now? less foreigners at TM1 nowadays, now we know where they shifted.. smile.gif
