500k isnt much. KL/PJ/Subang houses cost over 600K

i will digest these all, my mind now stay very firm not to touch it
reason:
1. im still young, don have business-mind still
2. due to have engineering background, i always wan a low risk investment
3. currently is considered investing, i dont have to do another "extra investment"
4. future always is an unknown, stay stagnant maybe is a good choice for me
