Actually dad give me a piece of land worth RM500K currently, 2~3 years ago was 200~300K only.
The measurement of land not too big currently planting Kelapa sawit, well not fruitful anymore..

I plan to sell this land, and invest a Condo in KL, and Open a Drinking+food shop inside shopping Nearby, of coz not fully use all 500K..

/k, any suggestion how to grow more money from 500K?

any new business man owned a new shop?
hmm.gif can it be profitable?

not a good idea, my land is producing Palm oil every month, 3 years Profit ( Minus labor) is more than RM30K for sure.

the investment have many types as u all know, and how to do investment is different from types of investment.

and investment divided into : Low risk / Middle Risk / and High Risk

of coz low risk get small return in short time - but need longer period
high risk u can get big return in short period, but beware also Lost is Huge.

I understand my attitude, im the person that dont dare to risk in investment. THats why i choose properties? not sure man, this is what i know

location is at perak- a small kampong
measurement not very sure, but the current worth is 500K +/- so actually u can know how big by simple survey.
currently is planting palm oil, the palm oil is last for 8-9 years already. sweat.gif

i will digest these all, my mind now stay very firm not to touch it
reason:
1. im still young, don have business-mind still
2. due to have engineering background, i always wan a low risk investment
3. currently is considered investing, i dont have to do another "extra investment"
4. future always is an unknown, stay stagnant maybe is a good choice for me

its 3 years, not 1 month.

per month yield is RM1,000 +/-

I was replying a forumer call me to invest and get RM30K in 3 years return.

I see no reason put 500K in bank, and they have much more chance to do another investment than me.

now give relatives supervise, but gonna take back this month and supervise by my own,

will give it to friend's dad supervise, meanwhile i continue my career in singapore

I Will sell to them also, they helping me alot. and For mercy reason, they can offer higher price for my land if i want to sell it.
