Property investors usually open a floating account. Buy house full payment,.. sell and profit top up into that account.
So 500K buy a house,.. account run 25 years loan. You pay full payment cash. no Interest on the account cos you dont owe the bank money.
Sell the house 750K after 1 year,.. you top up the floating account to 750K,.. find another house,.. repeat the cycle.
in 6 years,.. you can be millionaire....

Agree, thats why every investment has its risk. You need to be really spot on and good eyes when buying property.
