loan from bank another 500k using the land as guarantor..

location is at perak- a small kampong
measurement not very sure, but the current worth is 500K +/- so actually u can know how big by simple survey.
currently is planting palm oil, the palm oil is last for 8-9 years already.

TS ad have business in it, sawit plantation, 30k per month. Gross profit.

I was replying a forumer call me to invest and get RM30K in 3 years return.

I see no reason put 500K in bank, and they have much more chance to do another investment than me.
