One advantage of the pump is that it pumps fast and high volume too. I got used to it now although the down side is it's heavier, quite heavy actually. smile.gif

haiya dun have to waste time stepping off the bike..
if the dog scared, it will just run away if u shout at it,
it not it will con't to chase once u pedal again, or the next time it sees u...  biggrin.gif
best way it to ignore it.. unless its pit bull or rott or smthing liddat,
most of the dogs there, are just street mongrels...

the post pump is dahon's ori pump, i'm not sure if it fits other bikes...
need to check the post diameter...
if u need a pump as backup, might as well just get those mini hand pump...

see lah how tonite

Made in Taiwan plus 25% discount for old model. 2014 model is coming and could be more expensive since our currency is so low. Future also can upgrade to 16 speed easily. tongue.gif .

can't really tell..

anyway, if the latch can't be pulled easily, it is ok,

a safety pin is like this, and u need to first release it, then only u can
pull the latch.
khs maybe use other mechanism ... ? if any...

the handle post, khs type don't need a safety, its smthing like a brompton's...

I was in Direct Sports today, just browsing and my wife was looking for a long sleeved jersey to ride. I saw 2 Dahons there, really old Dahon ( not vintage lah! I mean old stock) The branding is still Dahon and not Dr.Hon. Both are 7 speed. One is the Vitesse (black colour) and the other shaped like the Visc but 7 speed. I also saw a few Terns, somehow or rather, really not interested in them anymore. So, when they are side by side, the Dahons seems more attractive. The price was a bit high though! rclxub.gif

There have a small level need to pull before a pull the latch. Maybe this is the safety lo. Still need time to explore this bike. Perhaps, I will ride for a while later.
