like bad boy cooks looked busy at times but quiet too sometimes so somehow the owner decided to close
opposite boutique closed too
both outlets are hidden and partially blocked by bf and sector 7 that continues to play loud music
normal F&B business is competitive

is it true the telecommunication towers are the one covered by black tank posted by someone earlier that seems like a trend to hide the towers like water tank?

any update on bf case? there is no work on the wall
their renovation is still an open concept playing loud music to disturb the residents

I found so many annoying property agents asking whether want to sell or rent Setiawalk condos & Trigon units. When I asked about rentals, they said RM2100 for Trigon & I asked them to fly kites or beat the kites. Those agents are doing hit & run business...earning easy money of one month rental & doing nothing much

hi any having sink leaking problem in sink, i have rented the house few months ago, last time leaking due to water pressure to high in setiawalk now again leaking on the paip, and i have no idea where is the switch to close the water supply to the house...anyone can help? does the maintance office provide service or warranty since the house is new? kindly advise..

Most property agents operate on 'hit & run' business & don't know how to differentiate the huge difference of Trigon condos from the Setiawalk condos...what a shame
