You may be interested - there is a dialogue session between Trigon residents and FM on Sun 19 Apr at 10am arranged by FM.

Venue: Trigon Level 5 function hall.
Date: Sunday 19 Apr.
Time: 10am

Meeting agenda: Discussion on the Trigon operation budget tabulation and maintenance fund usage only.

It seems FM has put up the notice at Trigon LG floor, facilities floor and all the parking level. Also put up at the CSS system.

We would like to discuss more than just the maintenance fee including the following.
- Inreased Trigon maintenance fee
- Trigon owner joining JMB
- Whether FM doing a good job
- Is current Property service company doing a good job

I dont know the proper channel to change the agenda. If you can, please help us relay the message.

If there is a need and support from residents, a dialogue session can be arranged on any JMB matters. Just discuss with FM first. If you still have problems you can bring it up with any Jmc members or me to see how I can help.

I am anticipating an empty place for one Jmc member to be announced soon. A new replacement member can be appointed by remaining Jmc. This is because one member left by virtue of not attending official Jmc meetings for three consecutive times without a valid reason according to law. A volunteer is needed.

No perfect management. Large current team. Over RM100kpm on staffing & direct mgm manpower costs. Quite obvious to me the team is too large and needs to be partly reorganised to minimise inefficiencies. However Jmc is a team decision- often status quo is preferred until it is too obvious a change is needed like previous fm which lasted for two years! Leadership in Jmc needs improving in order for changes to happen in Jmb.

Update. Dedicated bridge from LDP into SW has been fully completed for a few weeks now. Waiting for full final approvals from various other government departments before it can be opened to public. Expect full opening within two weeks -hopefully.

Latest service update - a professional full service car wash operator is now in full operation at commercial car park level B1 zone C. More public services on the way - awaiting approvals from authorities.

Followup dialogue session with Trigon residents on coming Sunday, 26 Apr 2015 at 10:30 am at Trigon level 5 meeting room. Developer had provided a reply to the issues raised during last dialogue session. Please feel free to attend.

In principle residents shall determine the service charge rate in an egm or agm and thus service level to be provided. FM has been given a strict KPI to keep to the budget for the respective parcels. Due to additional gst charges by most suppliers, including personnel salary charges by FM, costs will have to be immediately reduced to meet budget for residential parcels. Residents (in respective sub committees opened to all residents) together with fm will determine the areas to cut costs till budget is met. Residential parcels R123 still running at a deficit.

Separate accounts/cost centres have been prepared for commercial car park and al fresco area. Naturally a large deficit for these accounts. The question is, for such commercial area facilities, should residential parcels enjoy its share of profit and shoulder its share of losses?

I'm only using 4mbps and so far no problem in terms of video streaming etc. Best thing is no quota.

Boss thanks for the prompt reply so having to said maxis fiber quite stable at puchong setiawalk right. I just checked maxis website they only available min 10M , 20M & 30M. Thanks again

No prob. It's not Maxis fiber, it is Maxis wired home internet, comes bundled with landline phone subscription. I don't see any info on the home wired internet on Maxis website.
