QUOTE(9M-MAS @ Jun 21 2016, 06:57 PM) Exactly. And you know what? They said they wanted me to pay that RM600 penalty because I still (could) use their service during daytime. Eh, excuse me, but I've been paying that RM95 a month is for what then la? They think I've been using free ah? I've referred this to MCMC again. If need be I am prepared to bring this all the way to the Consumer Tribunal. If only we can get this viralled like that Maxis case haha Im following your case closely as I want to give up mine as well but still tied up by the 24 months contract. Do update us over here.

MCMC contends that there is a network congestion issue, but advises me to pursue the ETC with KPDNKK / Consumer Tribunal. Will do exactly that and update this thread. I suggest you bring your case up to MCMC first, get a written admission from Yes they have a congestion issue, and work it from there. This post has been edited by 9M-MAS: Jul 8 2016, 11:57 AM

Okay, steps I have gone through so far:- Filed a tribunal claim online -> https://ttpm.kpdnkk.gov.my/portal/index.php/en/ - DONE > Filed claim enquiry on Monday 11th July, online. Status updated requested to refer to nearest branch. Called local KPDNKK, they asked me to proceed with filing form 1. DONE, AWAITING PROCESSING > Filed Form 1 to initiate case against YES on Thursday 14th July, online. More updates as case progresses This post has been edited by 9M-MAS: Jul 14 2016, 10:04 PM

Form 1 processed by KPDNKK, printed the KPDNKK-verified form and sent it to YTL Comms via registered mail last week. Now awaiting them to respond via Form 2. If they fail to respond by 3rd August, the tribunal will automatically rule in the customer's favour.

And with the wireless technology you just need to find which 1 suitable with you. Unless you talking about customer service, international connection and so on which is after wireless itself.

I seriously went to P1 Pad Dock to ask b4 they lauch webe. But, no worries. Webe rides on Celcom network. WeBe will continue expanding their coverage. I heard this from one of the staff, he told me that once a WiMax tower is not in service anymore, webe will change the tower to LTE tower.
