Got interesting new package from YES. It's RM79 per month with unlimited quota. BUT Only for fixed address. Private IP 60GB quota on TnC (currently un-implemented) But I believe it's quite a good package beside lowend streamyx package. http://yes.my/fiz

Another downside..
No P2P and No 018 number..
Saw it at thundermatch Alor Star.. I think can be found any yes dealer.

All the information I put here is from their own FAQ.. At least they admitting about the limitation put in place for this package. While it's quite restrictive, I think it's better than other provider which said nothing but implement all the limitation silently.
And i hope this will drive lower price for our broadband.. I still can't understand how 1Mbps streamyx package is still RM110. Hoping to see cheapest broadband will be Rm50 with at least 1Mbps speed and not 384Kbps.

Agreed on yester-century quota.. 60GB might be a good starting point for fixed/home broadband.
24 months contract is quite a drawback but to think that's this plan is starting a new segment I think it's still acceptable. It's better for yes to offer 7-days trial or at least lower penalty something like Rm300 for terminating a contract.

QUOTE(H3lpM3 @ Feb 25 2015, 04:03 PM) you mean the huddle? they got no stock, only got the zoom modem, but i can buy huddle online right? but they said its unlimited no quota for the RM119 package....is this legit? The only unlimited with no quota is Yes Fiz which come with white zoom.. Not huddle XS.. And the speed is 1Mbps only. No username provided, so you cannot use in other YES device.. Also the modem supposed to be used in registered address only. http://www.yes.my/v3/support/faq/unlimited-fiz-1mbps.do

QUOTE(IvanWong1989 @ Feb 26 2015, 11:49 PM) Please stop signing up for this BS. 2YEARS CONTRACT. YOU. WILL. REGRET. IT Sooner or later the use population in your area will increase. And just like me 1 year into using, now everynight 7-11pm. Is FACEBOOK ALSO CAN'T OPEN TIME! Don't even talk about gaming with it. STOP SIGNING FOR THIS BULLSHIT AND STOP GIVING THEM MONEY. Get a speedtest for a fews day.. Complain to CFM/SKMM, also attach report you do with YES.. If they can't provide a services as advertised you have the right to terminate the service. But just don't ignore the bill. Fight back and ask for cancellation.

QUOTE(feiralurema @ Apr 28 2015, 06:28 PM) I wish to stop using YES FIZ. Anyone (outside Selangor & KL area) want to help continue pay and use until end of contract? First email stated remaining contract will be the same after upgrade. Few days later, they call about the 24 month extension. The fact that you have to extend another 24 month for plan upgrade is just sicken me. Even Yes Zoom will not be replaced. what upgrade?

QUOTE(boarulez @ Jan 7 2016, 11:46 AM) Do region got to do anything with the signal? Contract ? Today I saw my customer using yes fiz in his car ... Bringing around everywhere ... And he said he can use it It's inside the contract, YES FIZ supposed to be used in 1 address only. So, in future YES have the right to enforce this.

QUOTE(9M-MAS @ Jun 21 2016, 01:05 PM) Been getting bad speed from YES especially at night, typically around 0.2-0.4 Mbps. Some nights, I could not even surf. Complained and complained to them since March. They finally offered me to terminate the account on penalty of RM600, which I refused as I have not been getting adequate service from them. I also reported to MCMC, to which they responded my area is indeed experiencing congestion. [attachmentid=6900185] The problem is still not resolved, and now they have refused to entertain my report of slow connection. [attachmentid=6900196] F*** YOU, YES. F*** YOU! The respond is from service provider said high usage. You can respond back saying it's not high usage.. 1Mbps can accumulate 10Gb per day.. So xx/300GB is really low. Most important, take the screen shot of speed test. say within 3 days and reply the to skmm.

QUOTE(mztang52 @ Jul 24 2016, 06:27 AM) Last time people always say YES 4G is better than P1 WiMax, but now webe is better than YES 4G. Webe is on testing mode. Not a fair comparison. And with the wireless technology you just need to find which 1 suitable with you. Unless you talking about customer service, international connection and so on which is after wireless itself.
