Yes, Fiz line is not stable especially at night and even some times in the afternoon also can't get good connection. But what else other than Streamyx in Gerogetown area which mostly do not have Fibre Internet like Unifi or Time.
check Symphonet also not in coverage

guys please dont. also my worst decision in my life being tied down for two years for this piece of crap. signed this up in May last year. The signal strength is haphazard at best, sometimes good, sometimes bad.
i got it in Sabah and paid RM121 inclusive of GST per month. And now i saw that they are having a promo at RM108 inclusive of GST per month. Im gonna lodge a complaint with CFM about this.
The contract is such that i have to compensate them for the rest of tenure if i were to terminate it early, i might as well just pay thru it until the end.
hopefully CFM can help after the Maxis debacle.

Why couldn't you just file a complain at the beginning? I mean under the contract period. If their cs cannot resolve your issue. You should complain immediately. Right now already 2-3 days and their cs still no bother. Hopefully make it 7 so I contact cfm again to take action

Hi.
I have Yes Super 128 with zoom modem which I want to give up. The monthly data plan limit is 15gb with balance of 1 year contract. Hoping that someone can continue to use while paying the monthly payment. Reason for giving up is due to Unifi now available in my area. My modem is the black one without the 1mbps spews limit n can be used in Klang Valley or any location with coverage. Monthly rental is RM99.
Thanks.

Been getting bad speed from YES especially at night, typically around 0.2-0.4 Mbps. Some nights, I could not even surf. Complained and complained to them since March. They finally offered me to terminate the account on penalty of RM600, which I refused as I have not been getting adequate service from them. I also reported to MCMC, to which they responded my area is indeed experiencing congestion.
The problem is still not resolved, and now they have refused to entertain my report of slow connection.
F*** YOU, YES. F*** YOU!

Anyway, it is only 10-20GB, and it consider high data usage. Seem like yes offer FIZ unlimited data, and expect users to use only 2-3GB? They gonna come out LTE-TDD with simcard service, not sure market will accept them, or they will screw up again.

They said they wanted me to pay that RM600 penalty because I still (could) use their service during daytime. Eh, excuse me, but I've been paying that RM95 a month is for what then la? They think I've been using free ah? I've referred this to MCMC again. If need be I am prepared to bring this all the way to the Consumer Tribunal. If only we can get this viralled like that Maxis case haha

F*** YOU, YES. F*** YOU! The respond is from service provider said high usage. You can respond back saying it's not high usage.. 1Mbps can accumulate 10Gb per day.. So xx/300GB is really low. Most important, take the screen shot of speed test. say within 3 days and reply the to skmm.
