I can get Japan set and Australia set. Let me do research later where to order before starting pre-order here.

Rather than LTE, don't u guys care about warranty if purchasing oversea unit? Japan, aussie, uk, etc.

Needs to send back there minimum 2-3 weeks if got problem, man.

Survey around see what case and sp for N5 comes out first.

It's a risk, but like everything else it depends on how much risk you're willing to take.

If you wait for the local set to launch...
1. It may take two or three months
2. the 32gb version may not be available
3. the price will be steeper (maybe RM1900 for the 32gb if they have it?)
4. Local warranty

If you can get it from the US/Australia...
1. You get it earlier
2. The price is much cheaper (about RM1300+ if you can get a friend to bring it back, if not RM1500-1700 from sellers here)
3. Overseas warranty so it's troublesome

Mystery Solved.

Some guys over here in this forum HardwareZone SG, they managed ask Google Japan and even ordered the Nexus 5 from Google Japan PlayStore. And they confirm works in Singapore LTE.

So means that if work in Singapore LTE means also works in Malaysia LTE.

lol? Seriously? Actually I already look into Diztronic brand one, because I like the design of pop-up lid thing when my phone face down to the surface, meanwhile looking for some other alternative. But I'm gonna check taobao later too. tongue.gif

Why DiGi? sweat.gif nothing to do with DiGi bro... even thou the Nexus 4 purchase from DiGi, the warranty thing still tied with LG Malaysia. Inside the of Nexus 4 got a warranty card from LG Malaysia. So I assume should be the same case from the LG Nexus 5. nod.gif
