I can confirm coz i already kena. And in this kinda weather it really pushed me to the edge after 72 hours only want to send technician, Kl center called and few sms receive to confirm to close the report when i already fixed it by myself.

My case here... they didn't discount for me RM50 for first two months waiving when I subscribed Sports pack ... chasing like hell.. went personally to TM outlets in Malacca (twice to to different center), yet both reports were not submitted even though I wrote my own reports and I requested them to submit.. then lodge online 7 reports so far... till today, first month waived, while 2nd month still stuck there... yesterday, lodge another report and was again asked to pay first and wait for next month bill to check if there is a waiver... if don't have, need to lodge another report... cursing like hell on their customer service.. such a simple thing, cannot solve!!!

And... because of that, not dare to register for autopay... that RM2 waiver by signing autopay will surely create more problems for me in the future... lost confidence with them completely...

Is there any extra charges expected for first month's bill like hypptv installation charges for example?

anyone now how to install apps on it? is it possible?
tried putting apk into usb but theres no file manager to detect the apks...

Unfortunately, I can't install Youtube from Play Store (not listed) because of incompatible device.

Did someone managed to get Youtube installed???

Im considering to take Hypptv + platinum + sportpack, but need info from you guys 1st. Do Hypptv sportpack covers all epl and chanpion league matches so far this year? If my favorite astro channel are documentaries, travel, and food channel, do platium package provide good alternative? TIA
